 As a native Chicagoan for fifty years I am thrilled to be able to share with you my 30 years in the Chicago residential real estate market as related to the newest of relocation programs. A program with the sole intention of educating you as to the residential areas of Chicago that will undoubtedly be the neighborhoods that you would consider now that you are committed to living in Chicago.Growing up in a family owned Real Estate Office/ Travel Agency , and now in conjunction with Gold Coast Realty- Chicago, I have put together a tour that will provide you with the information needed to make a proper decision for the best area for you / your family. We will spend two hours in the comfort of a private limousine at which time I will point out the positive aspects of each area. We will point out everything from schools to public transportation and from Chicago’s theatre district and parks to the areas were Chicagoans play. I have been registered as a real estate salesperson with the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation since 1976, and a member of Chicago Association of Realtors since 1986.  I am pleased to introduce my partner and co creator of our exciting relocation program, Miss Jacqueline Moynihan. Miss Moynihan brings not only 15 years of real estate experience in the near north areas of Chicago, but also 20 years of legal background. She will be able to assist you with the proper guidance for legal as well as financial assistance should you need local representation.
